Flookup Data Wrangler Refund Policy
Digital Products
Flookup Data Wrangler is a digital Google Sheets add-on. All licenses provide access to features while the license is active. No physical goods are shipped as part of any transaction.
No Refunds
All payments are final once the license key is issued and activated. The full value of the product is delivered immediately upon activation since the license immediately unlocks features within the add-on. As the license does not auto-renew, no cancellation is needed. Access continues until the end of the purchased period. The free plan involves no payment and is not subject to this policy.
Goodwill Exception
If a technical defect on our side prevents the add-on from functioning as described and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may at our discretion issue a refund. Requests must be submitted through our contact form within 14 days of the purchase date and include your Profile ID and purchase receipt.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
