Add-on: The proprietary software known as "Flookup" or "Flookup Data Wrangler".

Flookup AI: The artificial intelligence features and services provided by Flookup, as described on the Flookup AI page.

Flookup API: The application programming interface provided by Flookup, enabling programmatic access to Flookup services.

You/Your: Any individual or legal entity using the Add-on, Flookup AI, Flookup API or interacting with the Website.

The Add-on

The Add-on does not collect, store, expose or transmit spreadsheet data as part of its functionality. Your data is processed in a secure environment, accessible only to you. We do not track you or your usage patterns when you interact with the Add-on.

When using the Add-on, you may be asked to provide your email address at the start of the subscription process. Upon completion, the Add-on will process and store your payment information, including any relevant Personal Information, for subscription management purposes.

Flookup API

Use of the Flookup API requires an API key and profile ID, which we collect for authentication, usage monitoring (for billing, service improvement and security purposes) and to provide support. These credentials are treated as confidential. We do not store the content of the data you process through the Flookup API. All data transmissions to and from the API are encrypted.
