Is Flookup Free?

Yes, some Flookup features are free to use with daily limits, while others are available on a free trial. Subscribing removes these limits for uninterrupted data cleaning.

Can I Purchase Multiple Licences?

Yes, you can activate licences for multiple accounts in your team or organisation. For more information, please contact us.

Can I Transfer My Licence?

Your licence can be used to activate a single Google account. If you need to switch accounts, please contact us.
Please note that Licence transfers are only possible as long as your subscription is active.

How Much Data Can I Process?

The amount of data processed per function depends on your data and our timeout policy. For very large datasets, you may need to run functions more than once, but there is no limit to the number of tries. For large projects, consider activating multiple accounts. Please note that sharing accounts is against our Terms and conditions.

How Secure Is My Spreadsheet Data?

Your data privacy is our priority. Flookup has passed Google's mandatory verification process and does not share or store your spreadsheet data. Any data shared for support is deleted after the issue is resolved. Flookup developers do not view your data and we do not track users outside of function execution metrics provided by Google.

What Permissions are Requested?

Flookup requests permissions to connect to external services like our database and payment processor, see your public personal information and manage your Google Drive spreadsheet. These permissions can be reviewed in the Google Workspace Marketplace listing and will be presented during the installation process.
