How to Activate Your Free Trial

Installing Flookup

1. Temporarily log out of any other Google account. If you do not do this, Flookup might fail to authenticate correctly. More information.
2. On your computer, open the Google Sheets spreadsheet in which you want to install Flookup.
3. In the menu, click Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons.
4. In the new window, search for Flookup or Flookup Data Wrangler and click on it.
5. Click the Install button and then the Continue button.
6. To allow Flookup to work, read the important “Request access” message and then click the Allow button.
7. When installation is complete, click the button labelled Done to finish.

Activating Your Free Trial

1. In your spreadsheet, go to Extensions > Flookup Data Wrangler > Manage your subscription > Dashboard.
2. Click the Fetch status button to refresh your activation status. You only need to do this once.

If you complete these steps and still do not see a message confirming that your free trial is active, please contact us immediately.

Free Trial Limitations

• Your free trial lasts for 7 days and then expires.
• During your free trial, you will be able to process up to 1,500 rows per use. Function scheduling, Flookup API and Flookup AI will be available after you upgrade.

Introduction to Flookup Plans

Flookup Data Wrangler is the leading data cleaning solution in the Google Workspace marketplace and it is also free to use. Every time you activate a paid plan, we will send an Activation Licence to the email address you used at checkout. Use this to activate Flookup but take note that you can only use it one time. If you do not receive any email from us within 1 minute of completing your payment, please contact us for assistance.

How to Activate a Paid Plan

1. Head to our pricing page to view the features available under each plan. Your options are monthly and yearly.
2. Click on the Buy now button under the plan you would like to activate.
3. Choose whether to use your PayPal account or your debit card to make the payment and fill in the details as prompted.
4. Open the confirmation email we send to you after your completed payment and copy your Activation Licence.
5. Head back to your add-on menu at Extensions > Flookup Data Wrangler > Manage your subscription > Profile activation.
6. Submit your Activation Licence and wait for the confirmation message.

Troubleshooting Your Paid Plan

• Reinstall Flookup on individual accounts, not on multiple user accounts in your domain as an administrator.
• Make sure that you are only logged into one account during the installation process. If that is not the case, log out of all secondary accounts or switch to incognito mode and then reinstall Flookup.
• Click the Fetch status button, found at Extensions > Flookup Data Wrangler > Manage your subscription > Dashboard, to refresh your status or after attempting any of the steps above.
• If Flookup is still inactive after that or if you are experiencing any other related issues, please contact us for immediate assistance.
