HOW TO MANAGE YOUR FLOOKUP SUBSCRIPTION

Introduction to Managing Your Subscription

Navigate to Extensions > Flookup > Manage subscription and either click Free trial or Renew subscription, depending on what you want to do.

How to Subscribe With a PayPal Account

Select the Flookup plan that you would like to subscribe for, enter your "Subscriber Email Address" and click "Proceed".

Enter your PayPal credentials and click "Next" to authorise the payment.

Return to your spreadsheet and click the "Update status" button found under Extensions > Flookup > About Flookup. This will fetch your updated subscription status.

How to Subscribe With a Credit or Debit Card

Choose your preferred subscription plan, enter your "Subscriber Email Address" and click "Proceed".

Click "Pay by Debit or Credit Card" to proceed to the next page.

Enter your credit or debit card details on the guest checkout page.

At the bottom of the page, select "No, I don't want an account right now" and the click "Agree and Subscribe".

Return to your spreadsheet and click "Update status" under Extensions > Flookup > About Flookup.

How to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription

Open the secure form located in your spreadsheet menu at Extensions > Flookup > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription.

Enter your "Subscriber Email Address" and your "Profile ID".

The latter can be found in any confirmation email you received from PayPal or from the email you received from us after making payment.

Click "Submit" and wait for the confirmation message.

If your cancellation is successful, you will see a message similar to the one above.

If your cancellation is not successful, you will see a message similar to the one above.

How to Troubleshoot Your Subscription

  • Make sure that your spreadsheet is not shared with other parties.

  • Remove your spreadsheet from any shared folder in which it might be located.

  • Verify that you are logged into the account you used to install Flookup. If this is not the case, simply log into the right account.

  • If you are logged into multiple accounts at the same time, Flookup might not authenticate correctly. Please make sure that you are only logged into the account you subscribed for. You can read more about this account limitation here.

  • Click the "Update status" button, located under "About Flookup", especially after trying any of the steps above.
